Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

We understand West Texas weather can be unpredictable, so we’ll work with you up to the day of your event to plan accordingly. If conditions are unsafe (like heavy rain or high winds), you’re welcome to reschedule or cancel at no penalty. If the weather appears clear and we set up, but a sudden storm rolls in, we ask that the inflatable be deflated during the storm and re-inflated afterward, or we can come pick it up early at no extra charge. Your safety is always our top priority.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event.

Our rentals are priced as full-day rentals, even if you only use the equipment for a few hours. Since setup, takedown, and cleaning are included in our service, we recommend booking it for the whole day to get the most value out of your rental.
